Traveler reviews
“I’d book with another company. I paid $165 for a private airport transfer to my hotel in Miches. The driver arrived more than 1 hour late after my flight arrival, and I stood outside sweating. Thank God for this lady Erica at the airport for help because I couldn’t reach the company. When the driver finally arrived, he was in a sedan- not any of the vehicles shown in the advertisement. The inside of the car smelled moldy and the driver was stingy with the air conditioning. The highlight was making it to my hotel safely. I will never book this company again.”
“After being scammed by someone i thought I could trust, i found Punta Cana Airport Transfer. They responded quickly to my request. The process was very easy to book my transfers. The price was very reasoable. We used Punta Cana Aiport transfer for several trips during our stay including chartering a boat for snorkeling. They were always on time and was in contact from beginning to end to make sure we were picked up and dropped off. I highly recommend thos service.”
“Our VIP transfer was excellent. We had Juan as our driver at both ends of our vacation. He was polite and very professional. He was early waiting for us at the airport and at our resort. The vehicle used was clean and comfortable! I would definitely use them on my next trip to the Dominican!”
“Tours VIP was definitely the way to go! They were on point with pick up at the airport and also back drop off for departure. Always communicated and answered any questions and concerns that we had. We also booked an excursion through them and we had a great time! They arranged everything, all we had to do was get picked up and dropped off. They are a reliable service and would definitely book them again for our next trip. 👍”
“They sent me a car I paid for a van. I wait an hour for the wrong vehicle then another half an hour for the right one which they took payment on ahead of time. I want a partial refund for that leg of the trip. We are here a short time. I do not want credits towards excretions. They need to make this right and have the right vehicle here for us on the way back. They took the payment in full. I am beyond upset arguing with these people. I would never use this service again.”
