“We’re incredibly grateful to have had Joel as our tour guide—he truly made our experience unforgettable. Although we were staying outside the designated pickup zone and ride services like Uber weren’t available (making a taxi from Las Terrenas to Samaná quite pricey), the tour company went above and beyond to accommodate us with a hotel pickup. Our journey took us through the stunning landscapes of Samaná, Las Galeras, and El Limón, offering a genuine glimpse into everyday Dominican life.
