“Was waiting for the driver for close to an hour. Pick up times and location were discussed the days before. Driver calls after being a half hour late that he’s at the security gate. 30 minutes later I’m calling asking for a refund. Of course the excuse is the language barrier. Only when I called this site did I even get the first response. After calling for a refund then the office wants to call me. I reminded them the only reason I was getting all was because TripAdvisor was on the other line calling them. Better off waiting to you get to your hotel a book a trip them. Cause booking ahead of time with TripAdvisor is a waste of time”
